Being a mummy yg ada anak yg mood makan ala2 mood swing kekadang amat pening. Rasa nak baling jer periuk belanga coz dah penat2 masak but dia tak nak makan. So bimbang dgn tubuh bdn anak dara yg amat ramping ala2 model kena la think creative and utilize internet tuk cr recipe2 yg dpt attract anak dara tuh tuk mkn.
nih recipe yg i tried tuk supper last week.
MILO French Toast
And the recipe below:
Ingredients:
50 ml evaporated milk( i used fresh milk)
4 tablespoon MILO Powder
1 egg , well beaten
1/2 teaspoon essence vanilla
2 slices white bread
1 tablespoon cooking oil ( i used butter)
caster sugar, optional
Method:
1. Heat milk and whisk in MILO powder. Remove frm heat and whisk in beaten egg
2. Trim crust of bread slice, then cut each slice into triangles
3. Dip bread into MILO mixture and shallow fry into hot oil until cooked.
4. Remove frm heat and sprinkle caster sugar, if desired.
5. Serve hot.
Note: Recommended to sprinkle caster sugar yer puan2 coz hr tuh i buat agak tawar coz i used fresh milk n x tabur castor sugar tuh.
And the result is ANAK DARA MAK X MO MAKAN JUGAK. Coz dia nak mkn yg lain pulak.Last2 Ichlas yg finished the french toast tuh Mummy, Daddy & Dahlia mkn 1 slice ja.

ReplyDeleteAwak tak try potato based food? Bdk² bese suke kan? Potato salad ke, mashed potatoes and gravy ke, or klau nak spicy skit, buat potato masak dlm sambal (cili kering and a bit of belacan would do)
