Sardine Puff Recipe



Okieh girls...now i dok tgh meroyan update blog....so as i promised before, here is the recipe of Sardine Puff. I took the recipe from Forum Cari.

i used Instant Paratha. Normally i will used Plain Paratha Brand Kawan or else paling cikai pun i will use Brand Tesco.








as inti sardine lak...


- Masakkan sardine with hirisan bwg besar n cili merah. kalu guna balance sambal sardine yg semlm pun ok jugak..kekekekeke


- Then lenyek2 sardine tuh mcm nak buat2 inti sandwich tuh


so....ambik instant paratha tuh biarkan lembut coz senang nak lipat. then ambik inti sardine n lps tuh bungkuslah inti tuh ikut kreativiti korang. Normally i will cut paratha to 2 or 4 bahagian. x besaq or kecik sgt.



Then kelar2 sikit roti paratha tuh kat bahagian atas n sapu dgn telur..coz nak bg cantik nanti..



lps tuh bakar dlm oven 180degree dlm 3-35minit ikut saiz yg dibuat.



taraaaa...jd lah korang yer sardie puff




btw, korang boleh tukar2 inti puff nih kpd sosej ka...sambal ikan bilis ka..kari daging& kentang ka...very easy kan? i tell u!

    dulu penah wat..pergh...punya la padat isinya..sampai terkeluar2...kekekke
