Raya tahun nih bermakna for us coz same date with our 5th anniversary.....iskkk..x sangka dah 5 tahun...

anniversary tahun nih sentap sikit coz Mr Hubby boleh buat2 lupa tuk wish kul 12pm. Iyer ker..the reason is dia kata our anniversary is pada kul 2.47pm. Time kitaorg sah as Husband& Wife.However dia dah tebus dah bila dia ajak dating berdua without kids.

waktu siang sibuk makan ketupat, lemang n rendang n gi umah Pak Su at Sungai Bakap. mlm br la dating berdua.

We had our anniversary dinner at Kayu Nasi Kandar at Bukit Jambul. its my request even Mr Hubby offer to had our dinner at The Ship. but ns kandaq jugak tetap menjadi pujaan hatiku.

lps tuh dating at tepi beach at Queensbay n layan midnite movie cite 2012.

Hadiah aniversary...after 5 years,we upgraded our gadget .....mine tukar hair dryer while Mr Hubby got the new electronic shaver.

n the bigger present that we ever had is alhamdulillah we still blessed frm Allah SWT as happy couple & family. N i hope it will last forever. Amin

5th Wedding Anniversary

27 Nov, our 5th anniversary..Thank you ALLAH. and really alhamdulillah with my lovely family + kids.

last week sunyi sepi jer Iswatie's blog nih since i've attended BTN course at Pasir Salak.Loved the course so much n bila balik ke kerumah balik dgn penuh bonet keter with Rambutan & Durian. :-P

Waktu attend course tuh...kids asyik tanya pada Mr Hubby bila mummy balik? kalu i call diaorg...the 1st word diaorg is " Bila Mummy nak balik?" then " Balik awai yer". n Dahlia my bibik tuh pun time cik puan x ada pandai lak masak gulai ikan, gulai ayam, sambal sotong & udang masak sos. Kids pun rasa yer enjoyed their weekend without me coz Mr Hubby bring them main bowling..seee...kat Banting nih ada Bowling yer puan-puan.

Bila balik BTN...kalu kat opis habiskan kerja2 marking papers students since next week students dah exam. plus all their test, quizzes, assignment & practical kena compile msukkan dlm their own folio file. nasib la ada 50 pax students nih.

mlm lak balik sibuk masak but kali nih dah jarang post gambo masakan since my menu dah jd simple2 coz Mr Hubby suruh amalkan jimat cermat. Kekadang masak 1 lauk ja...

lg pun mlm selalu akan jd teacher mumy ajaq hani buat homework n reading.... n skrg mlm2 bz buat 1000 pcs wedding favors tuk wedding adik next month. nak tunjuk gambar ka? supriseeeeeeeeeeeee

ME? of course la..kalu ada new entry harus baca since i love reading the entry wrote by Munirah who love to capture every sweet moments of her kids. Her triplets such a miracle babies who growth healthy esp Harith. Suka tgk his actions! hehehehe

and i also know that Munirah is the person who start her photography activity frm beginning n just for her hobby to capture her kids actions but now she expanding her skills in photography world.

The main reason because suka photos TRIPLETSplusONE yg dia yer capture is different dr segi angles esp pasai anak2 yer activities. Nampak mcm hidup n i also can feel the energy from her kids' life.

In the entry before this i ada mentioned that i dah boring ngan pinggan2 kat rumah since dah nak masuk 5 tahun kawin x pernah beli pinggan..semua pinggan hadiah time kawin ulu...plus i ada citer how i want to spend my RM500 tu kan.jd finally i choose to buy CORELLE since ada friend offer the good price.

cantik tak? the design is same with my corningware.....it is 16pcs and the price is RM400. murah ker ek? since im not expert with all these things before this. Tu pun my besan la dok citer pasai Corningware nih...

apa2 pun im happy....hopefully nanti ada lak rezeki boleh beli yg square design punya...

Sardine Puff Recipe

Okieh girls...now i dok tgh meroyan update blog....so as i promised before, here is the recipe of Sardine Puff. I took the recipe from Forum Cari.

i used Instant Paratha. Normally i will used Plain Paratha Brand Kawan or else paling cikai pun i will use Brand Tesco.

as inti sardine lak...

- Masakkan sardine with hirisan bwg besar n cili merah. kalu guna balance sambal sardine yg semlm pun ok jugak..kekekekeke

- Then lenyek2 sardine tuh mcm nak buat2 inti sandwich tuh

so....ambik instant paratha tuh biarkan lembut coz senang nak lipat. then ambik inti sardine n lps tuh bungkuslah inti tuh ikut kreativiti korang. Normally i will cut paratha to 2 or 4 bahagian. x besaq or kecik sgt.

Then kelar2 sikit roti paratha tuh kat bahagian atas n sapu dgn telur..coz nak bg cantik nanti..

lps tuh bakar dlm oven 180degree dlm 3-35minit ikut saiz yg dibuat.

btw, korang boleh tukar2 inti puff nih kpd sosej ka...sambal ikan bilis ka..kari daging& kentang ka...very easy kan? i tell u!

SIRIM & Choc Fudge Brownies Recipe

Sorry girls, dah biar blog nih bersarang since next week SIRIM willl come to my college for audit...jadik...mak mcm lipas kudung la update the files & records plus marking papers students yg aku biar bertimbun..dushhh padan muka aku.....hahahahaha...dok tunggu markah dr 'ayah pin' x sampai2 lagik...

n owhhh..i still owe some of you my sardine puff's recipe. it is the easy recipe i tell u! but nak karang tuh yg berkurun ..hehehehehe....next week yer..i promise! kalu x ada keluar jugak..Ayu..nanti u prepare senapang gajah tembak i..hehehehehe

anyway, ada sorang fan of my blog..uwekkkk cik puan zura request the recipe of Choc Fudge Brownies. The original recipe is from our Domestic Engineer kita sorang tuh..Cik Puan Ami.credits for her for the easy peasy n yummy recipe nih.....

Ingredients:
1 cup butter1 cup cocoa powder

1.5-2 cups caster sugar1

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 eggs

1 1/3 cups all purpose-flour1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup chocolate chips or walnut(i prefer choc chips)





Directions:
1.Pre heat the oven to 175 C,grease a baking pan.
2. Melt the butter.Stir the cocoa powder,sugar,vanilla extract into the melted butter.Beat the eggs until the mixture smooth.
3. Combine the flour,baking powder and salt.Mix into the mixture.Stir in the choc chips.
4.Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.Bake for 30-40 minutes, do not overbake. Cool in pan and cut into squares.

As i promised this afternoon, nih sardine puff yg i prepared for our breakfast last Sunday. Dah lama x buat sardine puff tuh...paling last buat time bulan puasa hari tuh. suppose ingat nak buat time open house hr tuh ...x sempat la pulak..jd last sunday br lah kesempatan nak buat..plus boleh balas piring jiran




n for lunch mkn nasi ayam kat food court at Jusco Bukit Raja. 1st time gi sana since we got some 'business' overthere.


n mlm prepared tomyam yg kaw kaw. Tetiba teringat kedai tomyam n ikan 3 rasa kat sg buloh..sob sob

dah lama x post gambar2 masakan. Last weekend managed to prepared breakfast for my lovely family. Mmg best dapat breakfast together as family n yg paling penting my beloved hubby n kids dapat mkn air tangan wife/mummy diaorg sorang nih.

yg nih hr Sabtu yer bakpes...initial plan nak buat nasi lemak but tgk2 bibik masak nasik semlm sikit punya banyak......so trus tukaq plan buat nasi goreng ja n trus bungkus dlm daun pisang. daun pisang la budak opis bg kat bkg rumah dia byk pokok pisang.

My Dear Warehouse Sale!

Yesterday we went to MyDear Warehouse Sale to get the bicycle for upcoming Hani & Ichlas's birthday( mmm br perasan tahun nih segala hadiah semua advanced..dapat awaiii)


Dah keluar rumah pun lewat so bila sampai sana ckit punya raai uah where dapat lah bertembung dgn bebudak opis yg shopping penuh tgn kiri kanan.. n also i met with Nad & co. Dah lama x jumpa Nad..dulu ada jugak time party2 or potluck but skrg baca entry blog dia jer... Abg Iman dah besaq panjang dr Kakak Hani while si Mia Sara amatlah bam bam n cuteeee....rasa nak cubit ja peha dia..hahahahahahahaha

jadik ada 2 budak nih amat gembira coz dah dapat hadiah birthday in advanced. Sblm nih they esp Hani asyik berwirid mintak basikal. owhh ya diaorg skrg dah pandai mintak..akan berwirid 24jam selagi x dpt benda yg diaorg nak...even Hani ada jugak request kat Mr Hubby suruh beli kete yg ada tv..erkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
