Prawn Spagetti berkhasiat buat si cilik

Salam,


wahhh hari nih bersemangat nak update..maybe semangat memasak datang balik utk terus cuba resepi-resepi baru untuk insan tersayang.  Actually setiap hari masak tuk kids coz kids akan kelaparan bila balik dr KAFA dan juga sekolah rendah.  Cuma menu mungkin menu-menu yang simple dan biasa-biasa sahaja.

Tambah kids masing-masing memilih makan. Kadang satu hari x mo makan nasi...makan roti jer..mummy dia jer yg pencinta nasi...owh but minggu nih mummy ada cabaran 5 hari tanpa nasi daaaaaaaaaaaaaa..kekekekke..tuh citer lain.

nih nak citer spagetti yg mommy buat pagi tadi. Kids dah memilih makan...dah la tuh kalu tgk menu sayur semua x mo makan..siap buat muka mcm kitaorg nak bg racun jer..sadissssssssss...
so mommy nih kena la kreatif sikit kan.... sambil masak menu2 favorites kids sambil embed dgn sayur-sayuran.

so menu pagi tadi merangkap lunch n dinner kids di rumah ialah  Healthy Prawn Spaggetti. Kenapa healthy coz dah embed dgn mushroom, celery dan juga carrot.  Tuh patong dadu kecik2 celery dgn carrot. Mushroom jer potong nipis but tu pun dah dikuis oleh anak dara Hani.





jadi meh kita letak resepi. mana kot-kot ada yang nak try this easy peasy recipe.

Resepi Healthy Prawn Spagetti

Bahan-bahan :

Spagetti - direbus dgn air, olive oil dan garam dan toskan
Udang saiz sederhana - dibuang kulit
cendawan butang - saya guna yg tin pun balancedulu buat lasagna
separuh batang carrot - di potong dadu
sebatang celery - dipotong nipis dan dadu
separuh bawang besar- di potong dadu
sos prego cendawan
garam
olive oil


Cara membuatnya :

1. Panaskan periuk dan masukkan olive oil.
2. Masukkan bwg besar. Tumis hingga naik bau
3. Masukkan udang, celery dan carrot.
4. Agak empuk carrot, masukkan sos prego bersama dengan cendawan.
5. Masukkan air sedikit. Adjust la ikut kepekatan sos yang dikehendaki.
6. Perisakan garam
7. Biarkan mendidih atau pekat dan tutup api.
8. Sedia dihidangkan bersama dengan spaggetti tadi.

x sampai setengah jam pun dah siap. mcm saya pagi tadi lps subuh bersilat kat dapur setengah jam dah siap.

Since anak memilih makan kan...so risau la anak x cukup khasiat. Prescribed kids dgn supplement dari Shaklee. Saya pilih Vital-ea for Children. Apa kelebihan Vitalea Shaklee nih ? Kelebihannya ialah :

so kalu rasa nak cuba tuk ur kids. sila oo sila

Resepi Red Velvet Cupcakes




Saja bagi suspend entry sebelum nih.....ramai dah tanya resepi cupcakes nih.
so nih resepi nyer..in English..alah...x yah la nak translate bagai..korang pun faham eh bahasa English...






Red Velvet Cupcakes:

1 1/4 cups (125 grams) sifted cake flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoons (10 grams) regular or Dutch-processed cocoa powder

1/4 cup (57 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature

3/4 cups (150 grams) granulated white sugar

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup (120 ml) buttermilk

1 tablespoon liquid red food coloring

1/2 teaspoon white distilled vinegar

1/2 teaspoon baking soda


Cream Cheese Frosting:

4 ounces (113 grams) cream cheese, room temperature

1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup (30 grams) confectioners' (icing or powdered) sugar, sifted

1/3 cup (80 ml) cold heavy whipping cream (double cream) (35-40% butterfat)


Red Velvet Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line 12 muffin tins with paper cupcake liners.

In a large bowl sift together the flour, salt, and cocoa powder.

In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the butter until soft (about 1-2 minutes). Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Add the egg and beat until incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the vanilla extract and beat until combined.

In a measuring cup whisk the buttermilk with the red food coloring. With the mixer on low speed, alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, in three additions, beginning and ending with the flour.

In a small cup combine the vinegar and baking soda. Allow the mixture to fizz and then quickly fold into the cake batter.

Working quickly, divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups and smooth the tops with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 18 - 23 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcakes comes out clean.

Cool the cakes in their pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes and them remove from pan. Let cool completely before frosting. Either spread the frosting with a knife or offset spatula, or use a large 1M Wilton open star decorating tip to pipe the frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting: In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla and confectioners sugar and beat until smooth. Using the whisk attachment, gradually add the heavy cream and whip until the frosting is thick enough to pipe. Add more sugar or cream as needed to get the right consistency.

Makes 12 cupcakes.
